Seems to happen in store. Not sure if the Killer also freezes or just the survivor. Not sure how reproduceable it is in game but in store it has been done multiple times

Steps to Reproduce
- Play as survivor
- Have the killer be The Artist in the "Lilith" skin
- Be mori'd by them and do not surrender/leave
Explanation
I was playing as a survivor on Trickster's Delusion and was getting Mori'd as the last survivor by The Artist with a "Lilith" skin on. It went normally until I hit the ground and the blood came from her arms. The game froze completely. I couldn't surrender, couldn't leave, couldn't even close the game until I forced Steam to close.
