Actual Result:	The lobby needs fixed as it is poorly optimized (no disrespect meant)
Expected Result:	I'd like to see this improved because this is a horribly negative issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Sit In The lobby for a while
2. Listen to your fans rev up and feel your pc getting hotter.
3. Go into normal game and everything cools down and fans are quieter.
4. return to lobby and see high temps and hear loud fans.

Explanation

When in Lobby, the game is more demanding and makes my fans run harder. The overall demand is actually higher than playing the actual game, on 4k Ultra. Overall this needs to be optimized because a lot of people, myself included do happen to be in lobby for various reasons.

For newcomers seeing a game be that demanding in lobby looks horribly negative considering that it outright can imply the actual gameplay isn't optimized well.

To replicate the issue, You simply sit in Lobby and your fans turn up higher, and your pc gets warmer.
