Steps to Reproduce

1. go to store and select Vittorio
2. (optional) check 'licensed' filter on
3. point your mouse at the new "Dawn Anew" cosmetic
4. see that it's licensed

Explanation

Vittorio new "Dawn Anew" cosmetic shows up as licensed

It's not a licensed cosmetic as far as I know, yet it has Licensed prescription and shows up with Darkest Dungeon&Geralt of Rivia when the "Licensed" filter is turned on. The other two cosmetics (Meg's and Shane's) from the same cosmetic release do not have the same issue.
