Steps to Reproduce

1. Type in chat, attempt to backspace several characters
2. If no bug repeat step 1 until it occurs - highly likely you will see this bug fairly quickly

Explanation

Chat editor backspace does not always work. When you type fast like I do, you occasionally need to backspace to correct a typo. While I selected Frequently, I'm 99% sure you can recreate this bug every time if you try to.
