Explanation

Repeated Desktop Crashes While Playing Dredge With Belial Cosmetic

Platform: PC (Windows, Steam)

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU

Description:

Since the recent update and purchasing the new Belial cosmetic for Dredge, I've experienced repeated crashes during matches.

The game instantly closes to the Windows desktop without displaying any error message or crash reporter.

I've experienced at least three crashes, including:

• Immediately after being stunned by a survivor's flashlight.
• Immediately after hooking a survivor on their death hook.
• A third crash during another match.

All crashes occurred while playing Dredge with the Belial cosmetic equipped.

I had not experienced these crashes previously.

Expected result: The game continues normally following survivor interactions.

Actual result: The game abruptly terminates without an error message.

Additional information: I suspect a possible interaction between Dredge, the Belial cosmetic, and certain in-game animations, but have not confirmed the cause.

Please investigate whether the new cosmetic or recent update introduced a client crash.
