Steps to Reproduce
- Waited a few days.
- Reset Modem, No Results.
- Closed, reopened the app.
- Tested Internet Connection. 66.5mbps down 27mbsp up. Looks fine.
- Changed Internet Connection to 5G.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the App?
Beyond that there is factory resetting the Switch.
