Steps to Reproduce

  1. Waited a few days.
  2. Reset Modem, No Results.
  3. Closed, reopened the app.
  4. Tested Internet Connection. 66.5mbps down 27mbsp up. Looks fine.
  5. Changed Internet Connection to 5G.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the App?
Beyond that there is factory resetting the Switch.
