Actual Result:	Terrifier's Bike Horn Power Description claims that the Bike Horn applies Oblivious. Terrifier's Bike Horn Power Showcase does not claim that the Bike Horn applies Oblivious.

Explanation

There is a discrepancy between Terrifier's Bike Horn Power loadout description and Terrifier's Gameplay Showcase description. The Power loadout says that Terrifier's Bike Horn applies Oblivious, but the Gameplay Showcase makes no mention of the Bike Horn applying Oblivious. This makes it impossible to tell whether the power should be applying Oblivious and thus impossible to determine if the power is functioning
