Bardic Inspiration perk not triggering prompt

Status:	Open
Priority:	Critical
Added by:	Anonymous on October 28, '26
Assigned to:	Unassigned
Due date:
Reported for:	10.3.0. Terrifier PTB Patch Notes
Actual Result:	Unable to use perk throughout match
Expected Result:	Ability to use perk during match
Severity:	Blocker
Reproducibility:	Sometimes
Platform:	Steam
Additional Notes & Comments:	Not set

Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip bardic inspiration

Explanation

Bardic inspiration - no prompt to start/trigger the perk.

Used the same perks in multiple games, both on live servers and on the new PTB (hyperfocus, dejavu, bardic inspiration and built to last on live servers and flash bang, best gift ever, conviction and bardic inspiration on PTB). Occasionally, the prompt to use bardic inspiration will not trigger. Placing held items down does not trigger the prompt. When starting a new match with the same perks equipped, prompt to trigger will be there.
