Additional Notes & Comments:	this has been bugged for 18 months and I only know about this because Chaos Shuffle has it in rotation which makes her power borderline useless especially to players who don't play her often.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Put on the Add On "Furin"
2. Phase and see that it doesn't work the way it's described.

Explanation

Furin is a bugged addon on the Spirit - Furin is supposed to let all survivors hear your phase unfortunately, Spirit can also hear it which drowns out any audio caused by survivors such as footsteps, breathing, vaults, etc. I've attached a clip from my stream today with me phasing - it happens the ENTIRE game while phasing.
