Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip hex: the third seal on The Mastermind
2. Perform a hit (but not a grab) with virulent bound while the third seal has less than 4 totems (endurance or mid-vault hit)

Explanation

Hex: The Third Seal applied blindness to the killer until totem was cleansed. Token was later not applied to a 4th survivor.
