Steps to Reproduce

1. As killer, try downing a survivor
2. As that survivor, crouch and use plot twist at the same time as attack hits
3. Plot twist is successfully activated

Explanation

Plot twist is balanced around killer knowing it being activated. In clips attached, it can be seen that I hit survivor with an attack, completely oblivious to the fact that server has accepted their plot twist activation. Later, they pick themselves up healthy.
