Duplicate Featured Skins and Repetitive Store Items

Actual Result:	Only able to see the skins you already have in the featured section, featured content is missing and you cannot purchase any skins as you only see the already bought ones.
Expected Result:	Able to use shop normally, see all of the featured content and skins

Additional Notes & Comments:	Not sure how to reproduce it since this problem appeared when I joined the game for the first time today.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join after the 9.4.0 update
2. Open the store
3. Check the store's pages

Explanation

All of the featured skins are the same (for me, it's the Scoops Ahoy skin for Steve Harrington), and the shop only displays items you already have.
