Actual Result:	Was charged cells for rift but didnt get the rift just lost my cells

I bought it and didn't get it but was charged cells
idk what else to do besides it didnt work
day 1 launch 1st hour so things were laggy

Explanation

I bought the 20 tier rift pass and was charged the cells. It says in the store I own the bundle, but when I go to the actual rift it’s locked. I thought maybe since it was day one it would just take awhile, got on today and I still don’t have the rift or my 20 levels.
