Actual Result:	vault prompt appears when finesse is active, but running vault prompt appears when finesse is deactivated.
Expected Result:	you were easily able to get a running vault animation with finesse being active to get a finesse running vault.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn a macmillan jungle gym short window.
2. stand on the wall opposite of the window.
3. with finesse active, run at the window from the wall to only the "vault" prompt appear.
4. deactivate finesse by using it on the dropped pallet.
5. repeat with finesse deactivated and the running vault prompt will appear.

Explanation

If finesse is active, easily running vaultable window prompts dont appear. You only get the vault prompt and not the running vault prompt. You used to be able to finesse vault any distance that you would respectively get a regular running vault prompt without the perk.
