Steps to Reproduce
- Press to spectate a game
- Observe that people only have one hook state when they died from two hook states
- Notice that spectating has not been showing the right amount of hooks
Explanation
When I spectate, it doesn't show the proper amount of hooks players acquired throughout the match. For example in my screenshot, the players should have 2 hook states, but when I spectate it shows one.
