I've never seen this happen before but it made the round unplayable.

Steps to Reproduce
- Play as Vecna
- Go into the Upside Down
- Once going up the stairs, attack from the Upside Down
- Unable to attack, break generators/pallets, or even visually appear outside of the stairs
Explanation
When playing as The First (Vecna) and emerging from the Upside Down, I was stuck and unable to do anything else. I couldn't attack or break generators/pallets, and I did not have to vault. I believe it happened because I went upstairs while attacking from the Upside Down. I'm including a video because this was a horrible first match as him.
