Vpn is the only way to successfully load in. please note that me and my brother use the same wifi and he is reproducing the same problem

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch the game
- Fail to load in as the loading is stuck on "loading Eac client"
Explanation
EAC not instantiating, and this prevents the game from starting.
