Additional Notes & Comments:	It leads to dead zones and the fact the map is weighted so you have to see it more is causing issues

Steps to Reproduce

Load into a Midwhich Match
Pallets Have a chance to be missing and not spawn where they normally would
For me at least Customs have failed to reproduce are numerous attempts with different killers but happens commonly on live servers
Able to replicate in Live Servers

Explanation

Missing Pallets in Midwich Rooms

Pallets that should be spawning are not leading to deadzones and frustration in gameplay

I have tested in custom Numerous times using several Killers Including Killers that I have versed in normal version of the game where this is occurring but I am unable to replicate in issue in customs even tho its consistent in live version of the game.

The main Pallets I have notice this occurring on is the Infirmary Pallet Along with Classroom pallets that do consistently spawn when I test in customs but don't abide by the same spawning rules in customs

Edit : am able to replicate in live servers but unable to in custom games. pics included from one match where pallets where missing, log files added right after the match with screenshots
