  1. Do actions that cause Lara to change her facial animation
  2. See if her face bugs out

Explanation

Lara Croft's face bugs out when actions cause her to furrow her eyebrows. Her right eyebrow furrows at a strong angle that is awkward. When Deathslinger harpoons and hits Lara, she makes no facial expression of surprise or hurt.
