The message one happens after every game. The prestige icon one i cant remember if it's every game, but is every restart.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open game
- See new message notification or prestige rewards
- open inbox/prestige rewards
- select perks, charms, badges, and b***** fit| or open all messages
- queue match
- finish match
- see inbox says new message despite no new message
- i believe prestige rewards also reset but maybe need to restart game for that to reset
