Steps to Reproduce

1. Start the Game
2. Exclamation Mark is at the inbox
3. Read Messanges from the Inbox
4. Exclamation Mark disappears
5. Play a (Killer?) Match
6. Go back to the Menu
7. Exclamation Mark appeared again without any new messanges

Explanation

I started DBD and i was looking through the store, the messanges, the quests etc. and all the exclamation marks disappeared. But after every single match i played (only killer), the exclamation mark appeared again when i came back to the lobby. There were no new messanges or anything
