Explanation

Since the all kill chapter was released I have not been able to log into the game. I reach the point of the loading screens and it gets to syncing friends list and then says initialization error. I have checked my internet I have reinstalled the game I've made sure that my PlayStation is fully updated and I am still unable to get into the game.
