- Load into Forgotten Ruins map
- Complete generator inside the torture room
- Escape
Explanation
Achievement for "Complete the generator in the torture room in the Forgotten Ruins and escape" never works. I have completed the generator and escaped countless times on this map and*****ever awarded the achievement.
