Explanation

Since the 9.5.0 release, Teamwork: Toughen Up no longer states that you need to be injured for the perk to activate. The 9.1.0 Patch Notes state that you have to be injured, wiki.gg states the same thing as well, and I have not found any patch note changes to the perk since.
