The achievement did not unlock after I repaired the correct generator on Shelter Woods and escaped through the exit gate.

This happened in a public match and not in a custom game. The match ended normally and I escaped successfully through the exit gate. I am also mentioning that I previously experienced the same type of issue with the achievement "Rebuilding The Borgo", which also did not unlock after completing the correct generator objective and escaping. I attached a screenshot of the endgame results.

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch Dead by Daylight.
- Enter a public match as Survivor.
- Load into Shelter Woods.
- Repair the generator located at the Command Center.
- Finish the match and escape
- Check the achievement list after the match.
- "Hack the Mainframe" does not unlock.
Explanation
Hack the Mainframe did not unlock after repairing the Shelter Woods Command Center generator and escaping
The achievement "Hack the Mainframe" did not unlock even though I completed the required objective in a public match.
I repaired the generator at the Command Center on Shelter Woods, then powered and opened an exit gate and escaped successfully. The match ended normally and the achievement still did not unlock.
I already had a very similar issue with another map-specific achievement, "Rebuilding The Borgo", where I completed the correct generator objective and escaped, but the achievement also did not unlock.
This makes me think there may be a bug with some map-specific "repair a specific generator and escape" achievements not tracking properly.
