Steps to Reproduce

Bring Ichorous Loam Offering (Optional?)
Get the Greenville Square map
Get lucky and spawn on the roof

Explanation

I queued up solo for a regular trial. I brought an offering for Withering Isles (Ichorous Loam) and got Greenville Square.

The second I enter the trial is apparent I am top the roof of the main building theatre.

Once I gain full control I am able to walk around on the small portion of roof.

I spawned by on the small outcrop on the opposite side of the fire ladder by the Parking lot/Above the Arcade Room.

I was able to drop down to lower parts of the roof and onto the ground to continue the game as normal, However I very easily could have not done so if I wanted to exploit this bug.
