Actual Result:	Perk icon does not display the radial timer for the heal effect after being triggered and then healing another survivor.
Expected Result:	Perk icon does still display the radial timer for the heal effect after being triggered and then healing another survivor.

Additional Notes & Comments:	Video attached; James triggered my Clean Break and then I finished healing him, then the perk icon's timer disappeared. 60 seconds later I did get healed normally.

Steps to Reproduce

Heal another survivor to activate Clean Break
Trigger Clean Break while being healed by another survivor
While Clean Break's heal timer is active, complete another healing action on another survivor
The radial timer from the perk's icon will disappear making you unable to see the remaining heal time. However, you will still be healed after 60 seconds as normal.

Explanation

Clean Break's perk icon does not display the timer for it healing you after you trigger the perk if you heal another survivor while the heal timer is active. It does still heal you after 60 seconds but you cannot see the timer progress.
