Actual Result:	Perk icon does not become backlit showing that it is active after fulfilling the requirements.
Expected Result:	Perk icon should become backlit after completing a full heal on another survivor.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip the perk Clean Break.
2. Heal another Survivor during the match.
3. The perk icon does not show that the perk has become active after the healing action is completed.
4. Receive healing from another Survivor.
5. Activate Clean Break and the perk performs as it normally would.
6. Subsequent uses produce the same result, with the perk icon remaining greyed out.

Explanation

Clean Break perk icon is not showing that the perk is active after healing another survivor.

The perk continues to function as it normally would throughout the match but never becomes backlit to show the player that it is available to be used.
