I did notice that for the challenge to even give you no perks you must not have a survivor tome challenge equipped at the same time.

Steps to Reproduce
- Equip the challenge Knockout (Remix) in Tome 24.
- Unequip a survivor challenge if you have one equipped, your perks will not be randomized in the lobby if so.
- Load into a match of killer.
- No perks will be equipped to the killer instead of randomized perks.
- Challenge progress does not increase.
Explanation
The Tome 24 - Aguish - Level 4 Challenge "Knockout (Remix)" is not randomizing the perks as it says it should, and gives no progress on the challenge even when trying to brute force it.
