Additional Notes & Comments:	I've tried different game modes, turning the challenge off and on, I've verified my files, changed my survivor, nothing seems to work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Tome 22.
2. Select Level 3.
3. Select Challenge: Escape Artist(Remix).
4. Find match and load in.
5. Upon loading in I have no perks, and get no credit.

Explanation

Tome 22's challenge Escape Artist(Remix) is currently bugged. Despite trying multiple ways to circumvent the bug, every trial I load into just has me playing perkless. It is the final tome challenge I have and I've read around that this bug has been persistent for a few years now. Would love to finally have all tomes golden. Not only that, but upon further inspection despite taking the challenge off my perks are still randomized. I tried resetting the game and now the challenge just seems to be completely broken and is not randomizing my perks.
