Actual Result:	You open the tomes, open the messages or close out of your game instead of doing the code.
Expected Result:	Do the code and get the Vic Viper charm.

Steps to Reproduce

Loading into the game
Has Pyramid Head & Cheryl in Menu Screen
Putting in the Code
Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Circle, X, Options on the main menu
No jingle or confirmation that it works
It’ll either open the tomes from pressing < or Messages when pressing > or closing the game.

Explanation

Hi I’ve been trying to put in the Konami Code for awhile now Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right O X Options with the silent hill characters in main menu each time going fast but it’s not working I’ve tried multiple times I had brought the characters separately then James Sunderland and then brought the whole chapter I have attached images and each time I put the code in especially when I go in to put left it takes me to the tomes so i believe that’s the reason why it’s not working I don’t have keyboard or mouse as an alternative so can you please help me with this as it’s very frustrating. I believe the options (tomes being L on PS) at the bottom is what’s causing it not to work. Multiple people online are also having the same trouble and even in game it says it’s currently unavailable I’ve spoke to several agents and didn’t get any direct help or answers. I had sent screenshots and multiple videos to the agents to show that it doesn’t work but was “assured” it still works when it clearly doesn’t. I’ve also attached multiple links to Reddit forums & Behaviour Forums showing others online are also having the same issue.
