wesker should be able to fluently move between dash and free walking without needing to stop if he doesnt colide with anything

Steps to Reproduce
- have two tokens of your power
- hold any movement key, for instance 'W'
- start dashing and keep holding the key
- in between dashes you should be able to redirect movement with input keys to slide without stopping
Explanation
Wesker movement transition after dashing is completely none existant anymore, before 9.5.0 if you were holding any movement key like 'w' for instance, before dash and you were still holding it after the dash ended wesker would fluently move forward, as if doing a little slide (like the one kaneki has after using kagune) and now on live server if you do the same thing Wesker just stops in place before you can move again. It's even worse when we equip Egg addon as it was making this slide way bigger and now on LIVE patch of 9.5.0 it gets stopped as well. Holding 's' key then dashing and switching to 'w' key would make this "slingshots" effect even stronger.
