Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter a trial with Third Seal equiped
2. Hit a survivor with a spike
3. Survivor doesn't get blinded by Third Seal

Explanation

Hitting a survivor with one of Jason's spike does not trigger Third Seal. This applies to both hook spikes and regular spikes. It also applies to both injuring and downing with spikes. Hitting a survivor with a basic attack like normal still works.
