Steps to Reproduce
- Enter a trial as Trapper with Third Seal equipped
- Set a trap
- Survivor either steps in or becomes injured due to B***** Coils
- No token is obtained
Explanation
The Third Seal effect description is either inaccurate, or there was an intended buff for Trapper that was never properly added.
Trapper's bear traps are unable to trigger Third Seal. They were bugged for a while making them able to do so both via trapping and b***** coils but that was fixed a while ago and I digress. From my understanding injuries caused by traps are not designated as "special attacks", and anything involving them is not influenced by the traps.
The current effect description of Third Seal states "damaging a survivor" as the trigger, where are prior to the update to perk text it specified "basic or special attack". Damaging a survivor sounds like it should apply to ANY form of damage dealt by the killer in some way, but that is not the case.
