Explanation
Me and my friend cannot invite eachother to the party, we both play on steam and ensured we are online and visible and can see each other profiles ingame, we cannot invite eachother, and if we attempt to send a join request (which we don't need to, since we set Party Privacy to "Public").
And we or get nothing at all, or we get an error " join request cant be sent "
It happens only to us both, and everyone else can invite us separately, and so do we.
