Explanation

We cannot join eachothers party. This has been going on for over a MONTH. We've tried unadding eachother, checking if we had eachother blocked which was advice given, and joining through steam. Me nor him NEVER had this problem before hand which is insane. I really thought it was the servers but no it isn't and theres no fix. PLEASE HELP.
