Explanation
New Taurie skin from the rift pass (the one with halo behind her back) when hit with Jason's spike and removed, it have this black glitch rapidly moving around her head. This make the vision became impaired and ruin the gameplay. After hit again (normal hit with main weapon) and carried to hook, it disappeared.
