Steps to Reproduce

1. When you get downed as a Taurie using the skin, it glitches your cape, keeps it spinning around nonstop.

Explanation

While playing with the new Taurie skin from the rift, I realized few times when I got downed, my cape started glitching. It happened on 2 games so far. Game against Krasue and Nemesis, I played a game against Blight and it didn't happen, not sure what causes it.
