Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into the Crotus Prenn or Coldwind realm as Houndmaster
2. Try to use Scent Of Blood's Chase Command at the shack window
3. Snug will not have the ability to go through the window at all with a chase or a redirect chase

Explanation

With the killer, The Houndmaster, Snug cannot go through the shack window on the entirety of the Crotus Prenn Asylum and the Coldwind Farm. This is both for the base chase dash or the redirect dash.
