Inability to Redirect Houndmaster Snug During Chase Command

Actual Result:	A redirect option for the chase command doesnt always show up
Expected Result:	Redirect should always appear upon an initial chase.

Additional Notes & Comments:	Note: This happens on occasions. Not a frequent issue but still frustrating.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Send snug out on a chase command
2. Look for the redirect button
3. Sometimes it will not appear.

Explanation

Houndmaster - Snug vaulted the window but when I wanted to redirect him to try to get a grab there was no option to do so. This is all done by the chase command. The dog was available too. Not sure.
