Explanation
Regression: Plot Twist Deactivated Prematurely When Picked Up By Killer
The bug fix in patch 10.0.3 summarized as "Fixed an issue where the Perk 'Plot Twist' could be reused when picked up or dropped by a Killer" has caused a regression where Plot Twist is now completely deactivated when picked up and dropped by the killer. There appears to have been confusion as bug reports of the regression were marked as a duplicates of the original bug.
Original Bug:
Survivors using Plot Twist could erroneously recover to the injured state when picked up and dropped by the killer, instead of the full Plot Twist effect - therefore Plot Twist was not consumed, and could be used "properly" later.

Regression:
Survivors who used Plot Twist to enter the Dying State now have no recovery option at all after being picked up and dropped by the killer during the recovery stage. Plot Twist should remain active and allow full recovery even when picked up and dropped by the killer, as has been the case since the perk released.
