2. Have a survivor abandon in your game
3. Look at the DBD Stats Tracker's Recent Match History

Explanation

Abandoning the game (when it lets you do it without penalty) shows as an escape on the official DBD Stats Tracker recent match history.

This makes the recent match history very confusing to look at and makes it seem incorrect half of the time.
