Steps to Reproduce

1. Charge divine light to full strength by holding it for at least 1 second
2. Fire the shot
3. Attempt to control the column
4. Compare to releasing before 1 second has passed

Explanation

Judgement doesn't receive full column control duration if divine light reaches full charge while controlling it, but works fine before then.
