Steps to Reproduce
- Bring toolbox with brand new part
- Install brand new part
- Continue repairing generators
- Eventually the bug will appear
Explanation
When repairing a generator, I frequently get skill checks with zero good zone, only the small great zone. This happens regardless of item or perk, but more often with toolbox and brand new part. I play on Xbox One
