Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as a survivor with engeneer's toolbox equipped with brand new parts and wire spool
2. Start repairing a generator
3. Fail brand new part skill ckeck
4. The bug should appear

Explanation

In two of my games as a survivor i encountered a skill check so narrow it was phisically impossible to hit while repairing a generator with Engineer's toolbox with brand new part and wire spool . In both games i failed the brand new part skill check and the next skill check after that was impoosible to hit. The skill check was thinner than the red line itself. In one of the games the killer had unnerving presence but no other skill check perks. One of the games was against Huntress, the other one against Doctor
