Appraisal should lose a token on rummaging after Pharmacy's free rummage per chest

Appraisal does not lose any tokens even on second rummage per chest, allowing all chests on the map (confirmed with coin offering + Hoarder) to guarantee 2 rummages for the player

Confirmed by a solo player bringing coin offering in live match. And using coin offerings + Hoarder on killer side in customs. The more chests in a match the more severe the bug in regards to extra items and permanent gen progress from perks like Specialist.

Steps to Reproduce
- Equip Appraisal in slots 1~3
- Equip Pharmacy in any slot AFTER Appraisal
Explanation
Slotting Appraisal and Pharmacy gives infinite Appraisal tokens.
