Actual Result:	Rummage chest twice and no tokens lost
Expected Result:	Rummage chest 3 times (if using both Appraisal tokens) and lose 2 tokens.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Appraisal and Pharmacy
2. Open chest
3. Rummage chest
4. Rummage chest again
5. No more prompts for rummage and you are still at 4 tokens for Appraisal.

Explanation

Appraisal is not losing tokens when paired with Pharmacy. In theory, I should be able to rummage the chest 3 times, once for Pharmacy, and twice with Appraisal. I am only able to rummage the chest two times, and I'm not losing any tokens. I don't have clips, but every chest was allowing me to rummage twice.

Appraisal by itself was losing tokens normally. Have not tested with Residual Manifest or Scavenger.
