It's also not allowing me to use the item aswell like I'll have it equipped and it doesn't work or go through I have the mistake toes equipped didn't get the snow skulls whenever I loaded into a match as a survivor even though I had it equipped

Whenever I load in I get a thing saying I have none left of things even though I have a bunch of them and can equip them also saying I have none remaining of perks I have equipped the item also didn't get used up aswell and I didn't get anything from it even though I used it
