Actual Result:	Hovering over perks and items says “NONE REMAINING” instead of nothing
Expected Result:	Should say nothing if you have 1 or more item, should not say “NONE REMAINING” over perk ever.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to perks and items
2. Hover over perk or item
3. See at top, “NONE REMAINING”

Explanation

Every perk and item has “NONE REMAINING” on it even though there are plenty of items and I have my perks. It did this twice before it stopped doing it, I’m not sure if it was just something on my end or if it’s a genuine bug.
