Hovering over perks and items says “NONE REMAINING” instead of nothing

Steps to Reproduce
- Go to perks and items
- Hover over perk or item
- See at top, “NONE REMAINING”
Explanation
Every perk and item has “NONE REMAINING” on it even though there are plenty of items and I have my perks. It did this twice before it stopped doing it, I’m not sure if it was just something on my end or if it’s a genuine bug.

I reported this but with "NO LONGER AVAILABLE IN THE BLOODWEB" text and noticed later it did it with the "NONE REMAINING" too. It happens if you hover your mouse over item that has either alert text on them and after that it appears on all info popups. To get rid of it you need to hover over some item in characters bloodweb. Here is a link to my report.
