Steps to Reproduce
- Playing Dead By Daylight in China for 6+ months.
- Reproducing the issue in the game.
Explanation
Since about April 2025 or maybe March 2025, my cosmetics will not show up when I click on a character and then "customizations", no cosmetics show up. Not even on their original basic outfits. If I go into the store I can see all the cosmetics I own and customize my character from there, but really it is a pain and I cannot change my outfits when I am in a lobby.
